WHO AND WHAT WE ARE
Since 1988 CMA has been providing members in our communities with the best martial arts instruction available. Our core has always been finding ways that we can give back and that philosophy has allowed us to grow to over 70 schools in New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
Over the years we have:

- Provided food, clothing, and toys to thousands of families
- Establish community programs against bullying, stranger danger classes, and other
In March of 2020 when we saw the impact of the novel corona virus on people's everyday life we knew that families would need our services more than ever so we set to work to do something that had not been done before.
The result is this: CMA Online. Our goal is to provide individuals with structure and physical exercise right in their own home. Our top Masters and Instructors are putting in extra time to help develop good habits and physical fitness through live classes and home print materials.

Stay Active: This is the obvious reason to do martial arts in this day and age – to get active and moving. The martial arts offer many benefits, but when it comes to fitness, becoming a true martial artist means becoming a supremely fit person.
Establish Healthy Routines: When you are forced to remain at home for any reason it becomes easy to fall into an unstructured routine. Our classes are provided LIVE so that members are motivated to stick to a activity schedule. This will help to prevent a sedentary habit and help keep you active!
Connect the Mind and Body: A martial artist is taught to see, feel, and listen – both internally and externally. Tapping into intuition, fear, and courage are examples of being able to put the physical together with the mental. How often have we heard the phrase “being paralyzed with fear”? Being able to combat such a thing is what you learn in the martial arts.

Every class we offer helps you to build up the base skills you need to develop to advance in martial arts! Students learn flexibility, practice techniques & do exciting drills that are guaranteed to improve coordination and strengthen muscles. Most importantly every class teaches an age specific life skill to build leadership from an early age!


MARTIAL ARTS LIVE CLASS
Our Martial Arts classes are an exciting way to stay active and learn an effective self defense style. Classes help to improve flexibility and build strength though performing forms, combinations, and foot work. Workshops, traditional self defense, and sport style, help each student to find their own path and to develop according to the goals they want to achieve!
MENTAL KNOWLEDGE
Martial arts does not only develop the body, but also the mind. Each belt has a moral requirement that teaches the philosophy & culture behind the martial art. Students challenge themselves to master not only the physical challenges but also the mental challenges.


Multiple Class Options
Even when you are home things can always come up that prevent you from doing everything you planned to do that day. Our online program offers several class times each week (in some cases several per day) that help you to find a LIVE class that works for you.
And if you still can’t make a live class, we make sure to provide recordings of that day’s class so you can still workout and learn!
CLASSES FOR ALL AGES
Our online training provides classes for all ages!
3-6 year olds have fun with our classes designed to keep their focus and keep them having fun while getting their energy out! Parents can join in to help make sure that they are performing their practice correctly!
Children’s classes provide more martial arts focused sessions combined with exercise that helps them to build muscle and coordination! LIVE classes also allow our masters and instructors to help point out ways to improve!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I log into classes?
Each day we will post a link to our online class with instructions on how to log in. We recommend logging in 5 to 10 minutes before the class begins.
How many times a week can we come?
As much as you like! Our Live classes will have a limit for attendees due to data caps but if you can not get into a live class we have recorded classes as well! Plus if you join our regular membership you can schedule 1 on 1 classes with one of our fantastic Masters!
Will I be locked into a contract?
No. We have various membership options available to cater to the needs of all our students. We have a cancellation policy that allows you to cancel your membership at anytime for any reason.
Do I have to stay and watch my child?
We recommend parents stay and watch class so you can see just what it is that our students are learning and make sure they are staying safe. At times there may be parts of the workout where your child could use your help.
Is my child too young?
We have our program for Little Tigers starts at age 3 and is designed to help our students grow and succeed during these important formulative years
