CHAMPIONS MARTIAL ARTS FORMULA
CARDIO AND CALISTHENICS
Class starts with Aerobic & Calisthenics exercise of low to high intensity. These full body warm up workouts will help you burn more fat during class. These challenging workouts will help every body type and fitness level! Whether you are an experienced kickboxer or just getting started.
BASIC PAD & BAG WORK
Learn and hone your Basic striking skills that incorporates the best of boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai. Our basic pad and bag workout will help you develop a solid foundation, easy and a great way to help beginner learn good foundation.
TECHNIQUE OF THE WEEK
We all know that same routine will get you board and leave you with no progress. That’s why we have developed weekly modules that will keep you guessing for the next ultimate workout. Over 52 techniqual modules gives you a the thechniqual edge over others.
Killer HIIT finisher work out will make you leave everything on the mat before you go home. HIIT Can Burn a Lot of Calories in a Short Amount of Time and will keep burning long after workout. HIIT stimulates production of your human growth hormone (HGH) by up to 450 percent during the 24 hours after you finish your workout.

Do I have to wear a uniform?
You are not required to wear a traditional uniform for our classes.
How many times a week can we come?
Our regular program is normally two classes per week. Champions has expanded programs that allow for more classes each week. Ask your Instructor if you are interested in taking class more often.
Is there contact? Will I have to fight?
Our MMA program does have some light contact during class. There is no fighting in class, but you will occasionally participate in monitored practice sessions.
Will I be locked into a contract?
No. We have various membership options available to cater to the needs of all our students. We have a cancellation policy that allows you to cancel your membership at anytime for any reason.
Will you help me reach my goals?
Yes, every student that starts with Champions all come with different goals. The more we know the more our certified Instructors can help you and your family achieve the goals desired. For over 20 years our curriculum has been proven to satisfy the goals of students of all ages.
I have an injured (BLANK) is this for me?
We never want any of our students to be injured in class. If you have a preexisting injury please let your instructor know so that thye can help you work around it safely.
